The game, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, text, and game mechanics, is owned by Histodle and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Histodle for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our game.
